Transit City Condos is a new pre-construction project located at Highway 7 and Jane Street in Vaughan. The ultra modern high rise will be 55 storeys with a total of 553 condo units.

This will be the first residential condo tower to be built by Centre Court Developments as part of the 100 acre SmartCentre Place community in Vaughan’s Metropolitan Centre.

Designed by Diamond Schmitt Architects Inc., the project will be built right next to the new TTC subway station in Vaughan which is set to open Summer 2017 and the new Viva bus terminal.
