Promenade Park Condos is a new condo development by Liberty Developments currently in preconstruction at Promenade Circle in Thornhill. Suites from high $400s with the development scheduled for completion in Fall 2023.
The project will consist of three residential towers that are expected to have a total of 1,066 residential units. Two of these towers will rise out of a shared 6 storey podium, where they will reach up to 35 and 30 storeys high.
These first two towers will have a total of 748 units, which will be divided into 363 one-bedroom condos, 337 two-bedroom condos, and 48 three-bedroom condos.
The third tower will be 28 storeys tall, and it will have a total of 318 individual condominium units. These will be divided into 265 one-bedroom units and 53 two-bedroom units.
