THE BUYING PROCESS

Sales for this project are expected to open in Summer 2018. As a full service Pre-construction Agent with platinum access and true unit allocation I am able to secure my clients units in advance of general realtors and general public.

Once you are able to secure a unit of your choice you are required to provide the builder with a Govt. issued photo identification and future dated deposit checks as per the payment plan.

After signing you are provided with an executed copy of the purchase and sale agreement with copies of your checks prior to leaving the presentation center.

Since you have purchased a pre construction condominium, condo buyers in Ontario have a 10 day cooling off period.

During the 10 day period you are able to review the agreement and condominium documents with your lawyer or on your own. At this time you are able to request and make any amendments to the agreement but not after the 10 days.

Colour Selection and Finishes

Prior to closing and closer to completion of the condominium you will be contacted for your private décor appointment. During this appointment, you will be shown sample of your finishes, color options and any upgrades available at an additional cost.

All colour and finishing selections are to be made from the Vendor’s standard samples.

The Purchaser acknowledges and agrees that variations in colour and shade uniformity may occur and that colours, patterns and availability of samples displayed in the Sales Presentation Centre and/or model homes may vary from those displayed and available at time of colour selection.
